Got to work on a process improvement strategy. The team examined activities and tracked phone calls, assigning each task a “score” based on its time commitment. Our Operations Advisory team:

Standardized quote checklists to reduce processing time

Helped to standardize and improve the process of collecting information for bind requests. Our Operations Advisory team:
- Determined the exact information needed to quote, bind, and issue new policies
- Created a system that prevented incomplete requests from moving forward
- Distributed checklists to ensure all staff understood the information required for applications and binds
- Created pre-written email templates for follow-ups, saving time for staff

A specialty carrier seeking to implement a new admin system
The challenge:
The project had a tight timeline and the carrier was focused on the build, testing, and launch of the new system, with little capacity left to develop user training.

Developed a comprehensive user training curriculum for the new system. Our team:
